I was considering having laser eye surgery performed in the next couple of years. I was wondering, would this surgery would have any adverse effect on tear trough fillers?

This is something that you will need to ask your laser eye surgeon. as they will be aware of what type of surgery that they will be performing on you
In some patients if there is swelling around the eyes and there is filler in the tear troughs, the area may get more swollen compared with if there is no filler in the area.
