It is a 3 step process
- QSwitch laser
This laser is sometimes called laser toning, it is a non-invasive laser that improves skin quality by stimulating collagen regeneration . It is a gentle treatment for deep pigmentary issues like melasma. Over a series of treatments pigmentation is lightened. Pores and fine lines are reduced, and texture becomes smooth and glassy.
- Vitamin A peel
The second step in the process is a prescription only (ie only available at a medical clinic) light chemical peel. This vitamin A peel is great for exfoliating the skin and removing the outermost layer leaving a younger a smoother skin surface. Collagen is stimulated, fine lines are improved and superficial pigmentation is also addressed.
- LED
LED stimulates cellular activity. This causes cells to become more permeable. Blood flow is improved, which causes greater tissue oxygenation and detoxification. This helps to clear the skin, improving fine lines. and improving crepiness and dehydration

Downtime
There is minimal downtime other than mild redness on the day of the procedure and the skin being mildly flaky and dry at day 3-5. Patients are able to go to work immediately after the treatment
How often should patients have this treatment?
Having a The Manse Glow every 2 months would keep skin in the ultimate condition
