NEW PATIENTS: Please make a “New Patient” appointment. 

For new patients, consultation fee is $350. This is a non-refundable consultation fee requiring a deposit to book the appointment. This fee can be redeemed against services on the day of consultation only.

All new patients who book with our injectors will be given a complimentary skin consultation with a therapist.

Please write in appointment notes which treatments you’re interested in.

FOR ALL PATIENTS: If we’re booked out at a time you specifically want, it is worth calling the clinic to see if we can find an extra appointment for you. We will do our best to make it happen.

COVID-19 VACCINATION: Please be aware that you cannot undertake any dermal filler treatments 2 weeks before, or 2 weeks after receiving the Covid-19 vaccination.

CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW: All patients will be charged a cancellation fee of $350 if they do not show to their appointment or if they cancel within 48 hours of their appointment.
