I am a 27 year old female with light festoons – I have had these since I was a child but as I get older they have gotten worse. Is there anything I can do to fix them? I have heard there is some new advances in laser for treating festoons?

Patients really need a history taken, and examination and a discussion before deciding on treatment plan.
2 things that are important with festoons are skin quality and volume.
We could address the skin in many ways, including PRP, lasers, needling, peels, homecare etc.
We usually address volume loss with dermal fillers. For that small percentage ot patients who attract water in the area of the festoons, fillers is a bad idea as it can attract more water to the area causing swelling, and potentially make them look worse, so they should be careful of that.
